This recipe is a great alternative to traditional cranberry sauce and will look beautiful on your holiday plate. 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple, in juice 2 packages (3 oz. each) Jell-O Raspberry Flavored Gelatin 1 can (16 oz.) Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce 2/3 cup Walnut Pieces, chopped 1 Apple, chopped 24 Paper-lined muffin cups - Drain pineapple, reserving the juice. - Add enough water to juice to measure 2 and 1/2 cups, pour into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. - Pour over gelatin mixes in large bowl and stir two minutes until completely dissolved. - Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, walnuts and apple. - Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups. - Refrigerate 2 and 1/2 hours or until firm. - Remove liners and serve.
